1.Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, if you represent an accredited School, School District, Institution for Higher Education, Law Enforcement Training Academy, Government Agency, or a Public Service Department. Mail all Purchase Orders to:

If you require a completed W-9 please include this with your Purchase Order. If you reside in the State of Nevada, and are Sales Tax Exempt, also include the appropriate documentation.
2. How many people can use one registered program?
Only one person is allowed to use a program and its resources. The only exceptions are if Schools, Training Institutions, Agencies, or Departments purchase the program to show as a group lecture in the classroom environment; or, if the purchase is made for Library use. No copies of any type are permitted in any form. And access to the www.FdiLab.com is limited to one user at a time per IP Address, per User ID. Meaning only one person can use the User ID they are assigned. If other people try to use it, we will know and reserve the right to disable access for the particular User ID abusing privileges and breaking copyright laws.
3. How do I purchase a program?
Go to the purchase section of our website, agree to terms and conditions by checking the appropriate box, and then pick your purchase type. If you are within the State of Nevada you must pay sales tax unless you are tax exempt, so choose this method. If you are Tax Exempt or outside of the State of Nevada, click that button. You will then be taken to PayPal to proceed with checkout. We find that people feel more comfortable with a well-known secure transaction processing service. All shipping charges will be added automatically. You may also call us directly at 1-800-994-7417.
4. Are there discounts available for students?
At this time we do not offer a direct student discount for individual purchases. However, we do offer incredible special rates for Bulk Order purchases, of 5 programs or more at one time. Depending on how many programs are ordered, we will take up to 70% off of the full retail price. Simply inform your Program Director about our innovative tool so your school can take advantage of our discounts. Our goal is to get this innovative tool implemented into every Criminal Justice program, worldwide, affording you a solid foundation for a successful career.
We do also offer our Student Access Bundle, giving you 4 months of online access to Modules 1-6 for only $150.00. This will be credited toward your physical training program purchase.
5. What is the Lifetime Guarantee?
If you damage any part of your Training Program and either of the discs will not play, contact us and we will replace this for you. The first replacement is free of charge. Any needed replacement thereafter will require only a small processing fee to cover materials and shipping. We recognize your Investment in our Training Program and feel that it is only fair that we do all that we can to protect your investment. 6. How do I place a bulk order for our program?
Simple...call us at 1-800-994-7417. Place the order with us directly, and give us 4 weeks or less to get your special order processed, produced, and shipped. Orders under 20 may ship same day of the order being placed. Savings are as high as 70%.
7. Where will the DVDs play?
The 5 DVDs included in the Training Program are guaranteed to play on all Home and Entertainment DVD players, as well as all Computers with a DVD Drive that can play any standard DVD, just like the ones you buy from Hollywood.
8. Who can purchase this training program?
Professionals, students, and training institutions within the Criminal Justice System are encouraged to invest in our Training Program. This is as close you get to the real world without actually being in the field.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?

10. How do I access the Interactive Internet Training? I do not see it anywhere on this site?
Interactive Training is found at www.FdiLab.com. You will need the FDI Interactive CD-ROM as well as your User ID from the sales receipt we physically sent you with your Training Program.
11. How do I get a replacement Disc, I scratched the Main Training Video and it will not play?

12. Why do I have to become a member to preview the training program?
Simple, to protect our years of hard work and our intellectual property rights. We will not give or sell your private information to anyone!
13. How long do Bulk Orders take to process once ordered?
Generally 3-4 weeks, independent of the quantity you order.
14. Can I make copies or share my User ID with my friends, students, or co-workers?
No, this is copyright infringement. If we discover this we will prosecute. It is important you understand that once you log-in for training as www.FdiLab.com, your User ID will become dependently linked to your Internet Modem's IP Address. If you move, or cannot log-in, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Our content is proprietary and very graphic. We are required to implement these safeguards to protect not only our interests, but people who do stumble upon our website while surfing the web.
15. My disc will not play, what do I do?
Try it in another computer or DVD player. Check it for Scratches. Give us a call.
16. Do I need to register my product for Lifetime Warranty protection?
No, we take care of all this when you place your order. Just keep track of your receipt and User ID that we provide.
